The San Francisco JACL chapter is holding their annual Spaghetti Crab Feed dinner this year on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 5-8pm at Christ United Presbyterian Church at 1700 Sutter Street in San Francisco Japantown.  Each year the JACL chapter picks a beneficiary to receive the proceeds from ticket sales to the dinner.  This year the Nichibei Foundation is the listed beneficiary. The Nichibei Foundation is the non-profit that produces the Nichibei Times weekly newspaper that keeps the Japanese American community informed of news and other stories relevant to the community.  We encourage Nakayoshi members to support both the SF JACL chapter and the Nichibei Foundation by attending this event by buying tickets or volunteering on the day of the event.

If you are interested in buying tickets or volunteering, please contact Haruka Roudebush at haruka.roudebush[at]gmail.com. Tickets are $25/person, $35 at the door and $10 for children 5-12 years of age.  Volunteer shifts are available all day, so let us know if you’re free!  We hope you can make it out!
