We’ve beenasked to provide concessions and serve dinner for participants at the International Karate League Tournament at the JCCCNC on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Concessions prep (making spam musubi) will be held at Haruka’s house the evening before on Friday, July 19 (more info on Google Doc)
Bake sale items need to be dropped off on July 20 at JCCCNC by 9:00am (sign up on Google Doc)
Volunteers needed for the following shifts (sign up on Google Doc):
Concessions Booth – Morning Shift (3+ volunteers): 8am-12:30pm
Concessions Booth – Afternoon Shift (3+ volunteers): 12pm-4pm
Kitchen Dinner Prep (6+ volunteers): 12pm-5:30pm
Dinner Service/Cleanup (16+ volunteers): 5pm-9pm
